Elegant EV was extremely proud to be introduced to this property after the original installation company ceased trading.

We were initially invited to refine the existing lighting scenes in collaboration with Sally Storeyof Lighting Design International. From that point onward, we have worked closely with the client to repair, upgrade, and future-proof the systems throughout the property.

Our scope of work included the design and implementation of a robust Wi-Fi network and infrastructure covering the main house and all surrounding buildings, providing a reliable backbone for the CCTV system. Once this was completed, we introduced Bespoke Telecoms to upgrade the legacy BT telephone lines to modern digital telephony.

Due to the lack of original documentation, drawings, or cable labelling for the audio-visual systems, we undertook a full audit of the infrastructure. We are now producing comprehensive documentation detailing equipment locations and correctly labelling all cabling to ensure long-term clarity, serviceability, and resilience.

By following our upgrade recommendations, the client now benefits from a fully integrated system that is reliable, intuitive, and simply works.
