Belgravia Residential Property

At the heart of London’s premier locations was the Wilton Crescent property . This combined both the house and the mews house into a single luxurious property Under the direction of iconic properties and working closely with Bruno Moinard of Bruno Moinard Éditions and  Promemoria we crafted a property where luxury was plentiful. The project focused on transforming this historic Belgravia property into a luxury residence while preserving its architectural heritage.

The project notably included a link building to Kinnerton Street,
which enhanced accessibility and expanded the property’s functionality.

With the choice of items to be controlled within the property Crestron was the preferred choice of control with its integrated Digital video systems distributed audio system every area of the property had access to all of the viewing or listening sources , We integrated seamlessly with the Lutron lighting system, BPT door entry and Synapsis heating and cooling system to create an intuitive and
reliable interface.
